In the year 2004, when our company had just started its way to success, Oxana was one of the driving forces behind the entirety of IPTP Networks; bringing order to the chaos around her, and working long into the night to build up and reinforce our company, all the while being the supporting wife of our CEO Vladimir Kangin and mother of two young and energetic boys. She used to be a universal soldier working as a Customer Support Manager, Accountant, Engineer, Sales Manager and Financial officer. She is the head of the Cyprus office, but she still finds the time to manage and support our colleagues all over the world, and we’re hoping that she will stay with us forever.

Our Linux guru, and a vastly knowledgeable engineer, with 30 years of experience in the information technology field. Sergey is an expert in open source software, integration/adaptation, network architecture, applied programming, technical solutions design, among others.

As Technical Leader, Oceania Chau is a veteran of the technology arena. Having held various positions in tech organizations, Oceania greatly excels in his field. Oceania joined IPTP Networks around 4 years ago as Senior Network Engineer, and was quickly entrusted by the regional teams and high-level executives.

Oceania holds the Internetwork Expert Routing and Switching (CCIE-RS) certification from Cisco and was acknowledged as a certified Expert, Service Provider Routing & Switching (JNCIE-SP) from Juniper Networks.

As Accounting Supervisor, Kool Tran has a wealth of experience gained from managing financial and accounting functions within various offices. At IPTP Networks, she is in charge of all aspects of the finance function including credit control, audit and tax in the APAC area. The majority of her team is based in Vietnam, although she also has team members located in other offices around the world.

She is also responsible for providing leadership, direction and management of the accounting team in the region, as well as providing strategic recommendations to the members of the executive management team.

Pavel is the original architect and developer of the early-stage IPTP XRM system. He also designed the first version of XM – our free messaging platform. With more than 15 years of experience in software development, system integration, and team management, he excels in all IT endeavors. After getting back to his previous position, Pavel continues as Software Development and concentrates on current technology issues and charting the course for upcoming IPTP ERP advancements. While born in Russia, he is currently leading our software team in Da Nang, Vietnam.

Being a teamwork supporter, a volleyball and football player, a tech engineer and a journalist, with 11 years of experience in sales, and 4 in the telecommunications industry; Alexander has contributed to make our clients grow from being small companies, to becoming global services companies.

As Managing Director, Oscar Barreto represents the company in Peru. Besides ensuring the company’s best interest, he’s also in charge of office administration, signing contracts with clients and suppliers, assigning and coordinating staff according to their functions and responsibilities, approving documents & managing company policies, plans, resources, and various business processes.

Although it’s a challenging position, Oscar greatly enjoys meeting with business partners at strategic events. He also appreciates the chances to work with NOC, OPS, Pre-sales and Operations areas, which helps expand his technical knowledge.

As the leader of the Operation team, Victor works with operation engineers to manage the workload and resource control of both global and local OPS teams. He’s also the product owner for the IPTP ERP’s HR Skill module.

Victor possesses a strong telecom background with nearly 25 years of experience. Before joining IPTP Networks, he was the Head of the Fixed Network Department in MTS.

With 27 years of experience, Polina tries her hands in all business fields (some she even learned from scratch!) – including finance, economics, accounting, sales, purchase, customs, implementation of HASSP and GDPR, introduction of new products and services, certification, and business development.

After graduating with a university degree in International economic relations, she continued to join more courses and got certificates and diplomas in Financial management, tax consulting, financial markets, and ACCA. At the moment, she is studying in a Marketing program.
