HOW TO JOIN JUMBOIX?
JumboIX is operated by IPTP Networks. JumboIX is NOT a transit provider; instead, it is a layer-2 settlement-free global Internet exchange point which available in multiple locations around the globe. Ready for service locations: JumboIX Peru, JumboIX Cyprus, JumboIX Bulgaria
In order to join JumboIX, the participant needs to fulfill the requirements and agrees to the policy and guidelines listed below:
- (1) public ASN registered at RIPE of other RIR.
- (2) public routable block at least /24 IPv4 or /32 IPv6 assigned by RIPE or other RIR.
- (3) route object shall be created to (1) & (2) at any routing registry including RADN.
- (4) router that support BGP and establish direct link JumboIX.
- (5) filter to avoid any unsupported L2 packets like Spanning Tree etc.
- (6) peering policy.
